 . Due to overwhelming response of consignors\, the 2024 aucti
 on will be THREE DAYS again. On FRIDAY 11/29 at 10am we will
  be selling Tools\, Hardware\, Building Materials and other Sm
 alls/Farm Antiques LIVE\, IN-PERSON and ON-SITE in Milan\, MI.
  On Saturday 11/30 at 7am we will host a FREE Pancake Breakf
 ast for all attendees - SPONSORED BY WAYNE COUNTY FARM BUREA
 U\, then at 8:30 we will be selling 1-2 wagons of tools & sma
 lls and then we will be selling large equipment and vehicles
  (3 RINGS - BRING A FRIEND) LIVE\, IN-PERSON and ON-SITE in M
 ilan\, MI with LIVE Online Bidding Available on Select Items 
 - DO NOT BE LATE! The final day of the auction will consist 
 of approx. 700 lots of farm toys\, memorabilia and pedal trac
 tors selling ONLINE ONLY from the Richard Hauk Estate. The a
 uction is hosted at Brad Neuhart’s Farm in Milan\, MI. This
  sale is the highlight sale of the year in southeast Michiga
 n\, giving sellers the opportunity to market their items to a
  nationwide audience for a low commission rate WITH NO EXTRA
  CHARGES!!!!! Buyers this is also your opportunity to purcha
 se some of the best equipment and tools in the region with N
 O BUYERS FEES!! This is your chance to turn those items no l
 onger needed into cash. Consignor checks will be mailed out

 /24 IS THE LAST DAY FOR CONSIGNMENTS! NO consignments will b
