 run until items begin closing on SUNDAY August 10\, 2025 at 7
 pm eastern. We will host an in-person preview at a property 
 just north of the Isley Farm (use the above address and then
  come north approx. 1/10 of a mile - equip. will be lined up
 ) on Wednesday August 6\, 2025 from 9am-2pm. Item payment and
  pickup will be on-site in Adrian\, MI on Tuesday August 12\, 
 2025 from 8am-2pm. A loader will be available on-site on pic
 kup day and time listed - ONLY!!
