Melvin has farmed and collected tractors for many years in the Milan, MI area. He has decided to downsize some of his amazing collection and commissioned Brad Neuhart Auctioneers to conduct an online only auction event to pass along these treasured pieces. We will host an open house to view items in person on Thursday April 25, 2024 from 10am - 2pm. Bidding will end on Sunday April 28, 2024 at 7pm eastern. Payment and pickup will be on Tuesday April 30, 2024 from 10am- 5pm on-site at 12747 Wabash Rd. Milan, MI.

Carl Schafer has owned a welding and fabrication business helping area farmers for many years. He also farmed, having decided to rent out his ground he has commissioned Brad Neuhart Auctioneers to conduct an online only public auction to sell his farm equipment.  This is a great sale with well cared for equipment. 

Joe Szabo owned and operated Szabo Farms, Instalawn Sod Farm and J&R Underground with his wife and family for many years. Due to his passing, the family has commissioned Brad Neuhart Auctioneers to sell vehicles, construction equipment, farm equipment, and much more through an online only public auction. This auction will open for bidding on May 25, 2024 and run until items begin closing at 7pm on Sunday June 2, 2024.  We will host an in-person preview at the farm on Wednesday May 29, 2024 from 10am - 3pm - NOTE: THIS WILL BE THE ONLY DAY AND TIME FOR VIEWING - DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE FARM TO LOOK AT ANY OTHER TIME! Checkout/payment/pickup of items will be on Tuesday June 4, 2024 from 9am-4pm only. The Szabo family has always taken very good care of their equipment.  This is a great opportunity to purchase clean, well maintained equipment!!!

Having decided to retire from farming he has commissioned Brad Neuhart Auctioneer's to sell everything at a live on-site auction at his farm in Carleton, MI. This sale is loaded with clean machinery - much of it was bought new by Sid and never left the farm. We will have live online bidding available on select items!
