The Hauk Family has farmed in the Canton, MI area for almost 100 years. Due to the passing of Richard Hauk we will be selling farm equipment, semi trucks, trailers and more via online only public auction. OPENHOUSE TO VIEW ITEMS: Thursday October 17, 2024 from 9am - 2pm at 2401 Ridge Rd. Ypsilanti, MI 48198. NOTE: This is the only day and time for viewing, please DO NOT drive onto the property at any other time!!! ITEM PAYMENT/PICKUP: FRIDAY October 25, 2024 9am-3pm. Due to overwhelming response of consignors, the 2024 auction will be THREE DAYS again. On FRIDAY 11/29 at 10am we will be selling Tools, Hardware, Building Materials and other Smalls/Farm Antiques LIVE, IN-PERSON and ON-SITE in Milan, MI. On Saturday 11/30 at 7am we will host a FREE Pancake Breakfast for all attendees, then at 8:30 we will be selling 1-2 wagons of tools & smalls and then we will be selling large equipment and vehicles (3 RINGS - BRING A FRIEND) LIVE, IN-PERSON and ON-SITE in Milan, MI with LIVE Online Bidding Available on Select Items - DO NOT BE LATE! The final day of the auction will consist of approx. 700 lots of farm toys, memorabilia and pedal tractors selling ONLINE ONLY from the Richard Hauk Estate. The auction is hosted at Brad Neuhart’s Farm in Milan, MI. This sale is the highlight sale of the year in southeast Michigan, giving sellers the opportunity to market their items to a nationwide audience for a low commission rate WITH NO EXTRA CHARGES!!!!! Richard Hauk amassed a fantastic farm toy collection over the years. We are honored to be able to offer this amazing collection via online only public auction as part of our annual 3 day Fall Consignment Auction. Bidding will begin in mid November and items will begin ending on Sunday December 1, 2024 at 1pm eastern.  Worldwide shipping is available on a majority of items (see items description).
