Sid has farmed in the Carleton area for years. Having decided to retire from farming he has commissioned Brad Neuhart Auctioneer's to sell everything at a live on-site auction at his farm in Carleton, MI. This sale is loaded with clean machinery - much of it was bought new by Sid and never left the farm. We will have live online bidding available on select items!

Due to a change in operations, Poplar Glen Farms, a family owned and operated egg and beef farm has commissioned Brad Neuhart Auctioneers to sell equipment no longer needed in their operation via an ONLINE ONLY public auction. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR LIVESTOCK EQUIPMENT - DO NOT MISS THIS SALE... TONS of gates & feeders used in a rotational grazing operation. Bidding will open on 8/29/24 and items will begin closing on Sunday 9/8/24 at 7pm eastern. We will host an in-person preview to view auction items on Thursday 9/5/24 from 10am - 2pm at the farm (13293 E. Michigan Ave. Clinton, MI). Item payment and pickup will be on Tuesday 9/10/24 from 9am-3pm at the farm in Clinton. NOTE: Parking is very limited so we may have to schedule pickup times.

The Kolar family owned and operated Kolar Electric for many years. This sale has some very sought after tractors and equipment. This auction will open for bidding on Saturday September 7, 2024. Mr. Schembri collected tractors and farmed in the Taylor area for years.  We are honored the Schembri family has selected Brad Neuhart Auctioneers to sell his tractors, equipment, tools and MORE at public auction. 

We will be selling trucks and equipment from several area farmers along with new skid steer equipment in this early fall online only auction.

Dale Stevens was an avid collector of many things from tractors & hit/miss engines to vintage toys and antiques. He was a charter member of the Southeastern Michigan Antique Tractor and Engine Association. He enjoyed working on and displaying his collection at shows. Due to Dale's passing, the family has entrusted Brad Neuhart Auctioneers to pass along his amazing collection to other enthusiasts via a live on-site public auction in Dundee, MI. We will host a preview on Friday October 4, 2024 from 4p - 7p to see the collection and swap stories! The live auction will start on Saturday October 5th at 10am. We will be running 2 rings so bring a friend.

This will be auction #4 for well known collector Frank Rochowiak. This auction will concentrate on all of the CUSTOM and HIGH DETAIL toys in his collection. Due to many of the toys being fragile we will be offering free hauling to the National Farm Toy Show in Dyersville, IA. We will set a day, time and location (most likely Friday) to meet.
